Over the eight weeks, participants will learn how to observe and understand their target audience, define the problem they want to solve, generate and refine business ideas, test assumptions, create simple prototypes, and gather feedback. They will also begin thinking through the basic building blocks of a business, including value proposition, customer segments, basic operations, revenue possibilities, and next steps for implementation.
The program is designed to be highly practical. Participants will not only learn concepts but also apply them directly to their own ideas. Each week builds toward greater clarity, helping participants move from “I want to start something” to “I understand the problem, I know who I am serving, and I have a clearer direction for my solution.”
